The JCR, as the representative student body at Trinity Hall, has responsibility for and control over all forms of advertising and promotion within Hall.

These forms include (but not exclusively): posters, leaflets, flyers, e-mails.

All organisations, both university and commercially based, wishing to advertise at Trinity Hall must first approach the JCR committee for approval.

This approval is dependent on but not limited to, a number of conditions:

1.      The promotion must not be in conflict with JCR organised or supported events/activities.

2.      Preference will be given to bodies willing to work with and participate in   the community of Trinity Hall.

3.      Preference will be given to student bodies from Trinity College Dublin.

4.      Trinity College clubs and societies are free and encouraged to promote their events and activities on the main societies’ notice board in Oldham House and the JCR website www.tcdhalls.com.

5.      Organisations offering jobs and discounts are similarly encouraged to make use of the jobs and vacancies notice board in Oldham House and the JCR website www.tcdhalls.com.
